A plan that respects your voice
This is a gentle framework, not a boot camp. Stretch it to 12 weeks, repeat weeks, skip around - whatever your life and your voice need. Voice feminisation usually takes many months; these eight weeks are about building a habit and a foundation you can keep growing.
The golden rules
- Little and often. 10β15 minutes most days beats long, occasional sessions.
- Always warm up, and stop at the first sign of strain.
- Rest days are part of training. If youβre sick, hoarse or exhausted, take the day off.
- Record, then listen later. Fresh ears hear progress more clearly.
- Compare you with you. Not with YouTubers, not with anyone else.
When it feels hard
There will be days when your voice wonβt cooperate, when it sounds βfakeβ to you, or when it slips back in conversation. Thatβs not failure - itβs what learning looks like. Many people find their trained voice feels like a costume for a long time before it suddenly feels like home.
